1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xi111 ("xi111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xi111 website located at xi111.cam and all associated services, features, content and tools made available through the Platform.

xi111 is an English-language online gaming information and education platform designed for Pakistani users. 4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the xi111 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local, national or international law;
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, or had a prior account closed for breach of these Terms;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

5 Account Registration

Registration of an account on xi111 requires Users to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, a valid username, password, date of birth and contact email address. Users are strictly limited to one (1) registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password;
• All activity conducted through their account, whether or not authorised by them;
• Notifying xi111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account;
• Keeping their registered contact information current and accurate at all times.

xi111 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obliged to provide a reason for doing so. Account registration does not guarantee access to all Platform features, which may be subject to additional eligibility conditions or jurisdictional restrictions.

6 KYC & Verification

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible-gambling requirements, xi111 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be required at any stage of account activity at xi111's discretion.

Documents that may be required include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent document;
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that the account holder meets the applicable minimum age requirement;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., mobile wallet registration details or bank account confirmation from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other referenced institutions — these are contextual references only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by those institutions);
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited may be required.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or, in persistent cases, account closure. xi111 will process submitted documents with reasonable care and in line with its Privacy Policy.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Deposits into a xi111 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Commonly referenced payment options for Pakistani users include local bank transfers (referencing institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) and mobile wallet options (referenced contextually, including Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast transfers). References to payment brands are contextual only — xi111 does not imply that any financial institution endorses or supports online gambling.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Cashier or Deposit page at the time of transaction;
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• All deposits are subject to internal fraud checks and may be delayed pending verification;
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted where enabled and are subject to the network's standard confirmation requirements.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as published on the Cashier or Withdrawal page;
• Processing times vary by method and are subject to standard banking or operator timelines;
• xi111 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to authorising any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed to the original deposit method may require alternative payment arrangements, subject to supporting documentation.

8 Bonus & Promotions

xi111 may offer promotional bonuses, reload credits, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, together with any additional offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are valid for one use per eligible User, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (minimum turnover) before withdrawal of associated funds or winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• A maximum bet limit applies while a wagering requirement is active — exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute at 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate — refer to individual offer terms);
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period; failure to complete wagering requirements within this period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;

9 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available through the xi111 Platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant sports governing body. In the event of conflict between general Platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are considered void if placed after market settlement or on a cancelled event unless otherwise specified;
• xi111 reserves the right to void, cancel or settle bets differently in cases of technical malfunction, human error, system failure or obvious pricing errors;
• Live/in-play bets accepted during connectivity interruptions may be voided at xi111's discretion;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the point of wagering and are subject to change without notice;
• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 and ICC tournament markets — is available where enabled. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL franchises and ICC events are contextual only. xi111 does not imply partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xi111 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration while under the applicable minimum age or using false identity documentation;
• Operating multiple accounts or acting as a proxy registrant for another person;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any form of fraudulent gaming activity;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or for the purpose of money laundering;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible-gambling limits, self-exclusion restrictions or KYC processes;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other Users;
• Introducing malware, viruses or other harmful code into the Platform's systems.

11 Responsible Gambling

xi111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity undertaken within the bounds of personal financial and emotional comfort — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic session reminders and time-out prompts after a defined playing period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net activity during a session;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account activity for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days) without full self-exclusion;

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the xi111 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, page layouts, software code and data compilations — is the intellectual property of xi111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following acts are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from xi111:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or republishing any Platform content;
• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using xi111's name, logo or brand marks in any commercial or promotional context;
• Framing, mirroring or scraping the Platform or its content by automated means.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xi111, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity;
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunity;
• Interruptions to Platform availability or technical errors;
• Unauthorised access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Reliance on any information, guide or educational content published on the Platform.

xi111 provides educational and informational content in good faith. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular gaming outcome. Users engage with gambling activity entirely at their own risk.

14 Privacy & Data

15 Amendments to Terms

xi111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect User rights, obligations or the core nature of the service — xi111 will endeavour to provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting an update on the Platform homepage and/or notifying registered account holders by email.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarificatory rewording, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law, may be made without advance notice. The effective date of the current Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Users who continue to access the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms are deemed to have accepted those revisions.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xi111 is incorporated or otherwise legally established, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent xi111 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it may be necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property or system integrity.
